In Latin America, Telmex from Mexico and Comcel from Colombia have already incorporated the platform in their applications.

According to Sebasti? Boanerges, network director at Brasil Telecom, Parlay was the best solution found by the carrier to smoothly integrate legacy, mobile and new generation platforms. From now on, all Brasil Telecom applications will be developed on Parlay.
